3 List of common genes and unique genes that make up the Venn Diagram between genomes.
It consists of a total of seven lists, which correspond to seven regions of the Venn Diagram between 3 genomes.
- 3 Common gene list between genomes (Bi-Directional Hit in the screen below) (Number of genes)
- In genome 1, unique gene list for genome 2, 3 (No Hit NC - 002179) (number of genes)
- In genome 2, unique gene list for genome 3, 1 (No Hit NC - 000922) (number of genes)
- In genome 3, a gene list unique to genomes 1 and 3 (No Hit NC - 002491) (number of genes)
- A gene list (NC - 002179 - NC - 000922) (number of genes) that is common between genome 1 and genome 2 and has no common gene in genome 3
- A gene list (NC - 000922 - NC - 002491) (number of genes) that is common between genome 2 and genome 3 and has no common gene in genome 1
- A gene list (NC - 002491 - NC - 002179) (number of genes) that is common between genome 3 and genome 1 and has no common gene in genome 2

Item Description
3 Genome Common Gene List
- No.: Sequence number of common or unique genes counted from the upper stream on genome 1
Genome 1
- gene: gene name annotated in gene on genome 1
- locus_tag: locus_tag annotated for that gene
- protein_id: Example. You can freely select this display item from the Qualifier list
- Start: Starting position of genes on genome 1 belonging to this common gene
- End: end position of the gene on genome 1 belonging to this common gene
- Strand: Strand carrying genes on genome 1 belonging to this common gene
- Identity: degree of amino acid residue matching between genes of genome 1 and genome 2
Genome 2
- gene: gene name annotated to the gene on genome 2.
- locus_tag: locus_tag annotated to the gene on genome 2.
- protein_id: Example. You can freely select this display item from the Qualifier list.
- Start: Starting position of genes on genome 2 belonging to this common gene
- End: End position of genes on genome 2 belonging to this common gene
- Strand: Strand carrying genes on genome 2 belonging to this common gene
- Identity: degree of amino acid residue matching between genes of genome 2 and genome 3
Genome 3
- gene: gene name annotated to the gene on genome 3.
- locus_tag: locus_tag annotated to the gene on genome 3.
