IMC E04G Pairwise Alignment between Query and Hit Entry
- Pairwise alignment of hit sequences and query sequences can be displayed immediately from the BLAST search results dialog.
Operation
- Perform Blast search.
- The Blast search results dialog is displayed.
- There is an "Alignment" column on the rightmost side of the hit entry list, and "Show" button is displayed in each column.
- Click "Show" on a certain line, a pairwise "Alignment" dialog will be displayed.
- From this dialog you can copy the alignment sequence to the clipboard.
- Click "Close" to close "Alignment" dialog.
