IMC E04G Pairwise Alignment between Query and Hit Entry

• Pairwise alignment of hit sequences and query sequences can be displayed immediately from the BLAST search results dialog.

Operation

1. Perform Blast search.
2. The Blast search results dialog is displayed.
3. There is an "Alignment" column on the rightmost side of the hit entry list, and "Show" button is displayed in each column.

5. Click "Show" on a certain line, a pairwise "Alignment" dialog will be displayed.
6. 
7. From this dialog you can copy the alignment sequence to the clipboard.
8. Click "Close" to close "Alignment" dialog.
