IMC A2C1 Annotation Reflection Color Buttons
Reflect annotation The color button reflects the annotation information attached to the feature and specifies the fill color for each feature. There are color and monochrome buttons with the same design, and each pair is a toggle button. That is, the color button turns on, the monochrome button turns off, and it switches each time you click. Also, it is toggle with other buttons collectively, and turning on another annotation reflection color button turns off the button that was on until then.


CLS color button: When a function classification code is set for / classification = of each feature to be drawn, it is drawn with the fill color assigned to that code.

EC color button: When an EC number is set for / EC_Number = of each feature to be drawn, it is drawn with the color assigned to that EC number.

CT color button: When annotation grade value is set for / annotation_grade = of each feature to be drawn, it is drawn with the fill color assigned to that grade.

BL color button: When a Blast search result is given to each feature to be drawn, it is drawn with the fill color assigned to that score range.
