Three genomic common and unique gene lists are created and can be opened by clicking on each tab.
- 2 Genome-wide common gene list (Bi-Directional Hit in the screen below) (Number of genes)
- In genome 1, unique gene list for genome 2 (No Hit NC - 002179) (number of genes)

- No.: Sequence number of common or unique genes counted from the upper stream on genome 1
Genome 1
- gene: gene name annotated in gene on genome 1
- locus_tag: locus_tag annotated for that gene
- protein_id: Example. You can freely select this display item from the Qualifier list
- Start: Starting position of genes on genome 1 belonging to this common gene
- End: end position of the gene on genome 1 belonging to this common gene
- Strand: Strand carrying genes on genome 1 belonging to this common gene
- Identity: degree of amino acid residue matching between genes of genome 1 and genome 2
Genome 2
- gene: gene name annotated in gene on genome 2
- locus_tag: locus_tag annotated to the gene on genome 2
- protein_id: Example. You can freely select this display item from the Qualifier list
- Start: Starting position of genes on genome 2 belonging to this common gene
- End: End position of genes on genome 2 belonging to this common gene
- Strand: Strand carrying genes on genome 2 belonging to this common gene
