Register frequently used restriction enzymes in my set.
Here, we explain the operation when creating a new Myset.
Operation
- From the menu, select "Cloning -> Restriction Enzyme -> RE Registration & Editing".

- The Enzyme Selection dialog is displayed.

- Check the restriction enzyme that you want to register in a newly created MySet (multiple selection possible).
- Click "Add My Set ...".
- The "My Set" registration dialog is displayed.

- In the "My Set" input field, enter the name of Myset.

- Click "Set".
- A new set of "Frequent Set" is registered, and restriction enzymes belonging to it are listed.
