Add frequently used restriction enzymes to existing My Set.

Operation

1. From the menu, select "Cloning -> Restriction Enzyme -> RE Registration & Editing".

3. The "Enzyme Selection" dialog is displayed.

5. Click the "My Set" pull-down menu.
6. The menu will be displayed.
7. Select My Set to register additional frequently used restriction enzymes.
8. 
9. Restriction enzymes registered in MySet will be displayed in the Enzyme List.

11. Click "Add My Set ...".
12. The "Enzyme Selection" dialog is displayed.

14. Select restriction enzymes to add to My Set (multiple selection possible).
15. 
16. Click "Add".
17. The dialog closes.
18. The added restriction enzyme is registered in My Set Enzyme List.
